1. Introduction

Kerchanshe Trading operates a large manufacturing facility in Mojo City, Oromia Region, where we produce Buna Pens and Buna Plates to serve customers across Ethiopia. To accelerate the expansion of our products, we are seeking to partner with individuals and organizations who are interested and fulfill the requirements outlined below. Therefore, we invite interested individuals and organizations to work with us in distributing our products.

2. Responsibilities for Distributors

• Ensure proper and efficient distribution of the products.
• Distribute products within the designated areas.
• Adhere to all legal requirements accurately and on time.
• Expand distribution coverage in line with the organization's established standards.

3. Requirements

• A business location with an attached shop and sufficient storage space.
• Adequate human resources: Must provide skilled personnel to effectively handle sales and distribution responsibilities.
• Ability to purchase a minimum order of thirty cartons.
• Familiarity with the local environment and the product: Distributors should have a strong understanding of the culture and values of the areas where they operate.

4. Required Documentation

• Renewed business license
• VAT certificate
• TIN certificate

5. Liability
